Side edge grinding and polishing
The MONTANA COMPACT EDGE ST is a half-automatic machine for the perfect finish of the side edges: in additon to the grinding of the side edges with High Speed Discs, the bottom edges will be tuned and polished to high gloss with the integrated bevelling disc.
The COMPACT EDGE ST, has the same technology with High Speed Discs that is used in the SAPHIR RACE EDGE service robot. Advantages:
- The side edge sharpening angle is adjusted from 86° to 89°;
- Tuning adjustable from 0.5° to 1.5°;
- Long-lasting sharpness of the edge;
- Material saving procedure
Ski binding adjustment
For precise bindings check and adjustment we use the semi-automatic testing device JETBOND. Regular bindings check is very important to prevent our clients from accidents and increases their safety.
JETBOND is simulating the real stress applied on the bindings while skiing very accurately. Thanks to a real torque measuring around the front binding, highest accuracy of the results is achieved.
Waxing and polishing
For great sliding at every snow temperature we do wax coating and polishing using professional machinery MONTANA WAXMASTER
The procedures we apply:
- wax coating with warm wax roll
- polishing the base on special brush
ensure best sliding characteristics for your ski and snowboard. No need for additional manual treatment.
